Who can book with Travel Plus?
Companies with a corporate account. Travel desks, assistants and employees book for themselves or for guests; trips are billed to the company at its contracted rates.
Are there surge prices?
No. Fares come from your company’s contract or our published rate card and stay the same at peak hours.
How is GST invoiced?
You receive one GST invoice per trip in our invoice series, with cost centre and purpose, however many fleet partners served your trips.
What happens if a car is not available?
Your trip is matched with a verified fleet partner. If that partner cannot serve it, we line up another car automatically at the same fare.
